Chris Cummings currently works as an Adjunct Lecturer in Entrepreneurship for the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He continues to serve as an advisor to technology startups mainly in the business-to-business and SaaS sectors including cybersecurity, identity and access management, and enterprise storage with a focus on product strategy and go-to-market strategy and execution. Prior to his teaching experience, he served senior strategy and marketing leadership roles at Cleversafe, an early cloud technology leader acquired by IBM’s cloud division, and over a dozen years with NetApp, a hybrid cloud technology company that is now part of the Fortune 500. Prior to his roles in the technology sector, he served as a consultant with Monitor Company (now part of Deloitte) and Accenture. Chris holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and BA in Quantitative Economics and Political Science from Stanford University. He resides in Palo Alto, California with his wife and three daughters and teaches out of Kellogg’s San Francisco Campus.
