Promote Your Company

There are many ways to promote your company at the Kellogg School. The Career Management Center hosts formal events and student clubs host guest speakers.  Other opportunities abound throughout the year.  Before you begin planning your event calendar, we encourage you to read the Company Presence Guidelines. If you would like to discuss events as a part of your overall recruiting strategy, please contact an Industry Relationship Manager.

CMC Scheduled Events

Corporate presentations: Company-specific events that will help acquaint students with each firm, its culture and its job opportunities. For more information, see the presentation guide at left.

Kellogg Networking Nights: Industry-focused networking events with representatives of up to 20 companies in attendance

Atrium hours: Opportunity for company representatives to meet informally with students in the Levy Atrium.

To sign up for a CMC scheduled event, please use the Kellogg CMS for Employers. All CMC scheduled events are coordinated through your Industry Relationship Manager.

Club-Affiliated Events

  • Lunch ’N’ Learn: A company’s senior managers discuss significant business issues or cases in a Kellogg classroom. These events do not focus on recruiting. Companies may discuss employment opportunities for no longer than five minutes at the end of the event.
  • Company Speaker
  • Weekly Club Newsletters: Advertise your event directly to your targeted audience
  • Career Panels: Join an industry or function specific panel to discuss your company’s career path

To learn more or sign up for club-affiliated events, please reach out directly to the individual clubs.

Other Ways to Promote Your Company

Resume Database: Allows you to source current student resumes with the ability to search, email, and keep notes on candidates.

Treks or student visits: On-site company visits by small student groups with specific industry interests. Treks are a great way to showcase a company’s environment and culture and are a particularly good choice for companies who are unable to visit campus.  If you would like to notify a club of your interest in trek participation, contact your Industry Relationship Manager.

Conferences: The Kellogg School of Management hosts several student-led conferences each year. The conferences bring business leaders from around the world to the Kellogg School campus. If your company would like to get involved with a conference, please contact Corporate Partnerships.

Networking sessions (invitation events): Invite Kellogg students to an off-campus company event where they can meet and network with representatives of your company.
