Last week, we welcomed the 2Y Class of 2015 to Evanston with an intense week of orientation known as CIM, or Complete Immersion in Management. Before the activities began, we caught up with several students to learn more about them and what brought them to Kellogg. Watch the slideshow to see what they said.
Kellogg’s social entrepreneurship program drew Kady from his technology job in Egypt to an MBA program in Evanston.
Melanie, making a switch from the government sector, chose Kellogg to get a broader view of the business world.
Chris just moved from Seoul, where he had been in the finance industry. He found Kellogg to be the best fit for his career growth and his family, saying, “Coming from an industry that’s more about the individual, this is a chance to learn to build and lead teams.”
“At Deloitte, I got to work with so many Kellogg alumni,” says Katie. “It’s the only school I wanted to go to.”
What drew Sara Katherine from Bain Consulting in Dallas to Kellogg in Evanston? The culture, the dynamic environment and the entrepreneurship program.
Mario, a consultant from Portugal, is following in his brother’s footsteps as he pursues his Kellogg MBA. It’s a great place for what I want to learn and the type of environment I want to learn in, he says.
Looking for a school that combines the best of a business degree with a collaborative environment, Sheila left her job in the healthcare field in New York City to attend Kellogg.
