The Full-Time Women’s Business Association (WBA) and the Evening & Weekend WBA

Women’s Leadership Program and Seminar

This uniquely designed program led by Professor Ellen Taaffe includes lectures, alumnae panels and small group discussions to help students navigate strategies for female-specific professional challenges and develop an effective leadership style throughout their careers.

The Drake Scholar Network

In 2020, Kellogg redoubled its efforts to accelerate the advancement of women in business with a transformative gift from Ann Drake ’84. A powerful, intergenerational network of students, alumnae, and women faculty, the Drake Scholar Network channels resources and expertise into the Kellogg community that help make the school a premier destination for women students and thought leaders.

Forté Foundation Partnership
