Learn from various perspectives

We know that the distinctions that shape identities also enrich the Kellogg experience, as new perspectives foster students’ personal and professional growth. The next generation of Kellogg leaders is a diverse group of individuals with a rich mix of educational backgrounds, cultural traditions, national origins, career aspirations, life experiences, and social and political views.

Our commitment to belonging

African American, Hispanic American and Native American students

African Americans, Hispanic Americans and Native Americans are strongly represented in our community. Additionally, we belong to the Ten School Diversity Alliance, a partnership among the nation’s top business schools that works to increase minority populations in graduate management education. Kellogg also collaborates with organizations that promote the presence of minority business leaders.

Women at Kellogg

The gender gap may have narrowed in recent years, but it still challenges women and other marginalized genders in the Kellogg community who aspire to the highest levels of management and leadership within their organizations. Kellogg gives you the knowledge, skills and network you’ll need to help close the gender gap and reach your fullest potential.

Resources

  • The Kellogg Women’s Business Association (WBA) exists to connect and champion women and other marginalized genders in the Kellogg community through career programming and personal and professional development opportunities.
  • The Kellogg Center for Executive Women (CEW) helps senior-level women advance to top executive and board positions by developing and delivering research-based, actionable programs that address the unique challenges women face.
  • The Kellogg Executive Women’s Network (KEWN) creates networking opportunities for women, nurtures growth and leadership, provides a strong and sustainable network for Kellogg's women alumnae, and allows alumnae to support Kellogg and one another.

Partnerships

Forté Foundation

Forté Foundation is a non-profit consortium of leading companies and top business schools working together to launch women into fulfilling, significant careers through access to business education, professional development, and a community of successful women.

The workshop provides attendees with tangible leadership skills and demonstrates the role an MBA can play in furthering one’s professional goals.
  • Women’s Preview Day offers prospective female students a unique opportunity to visit Kellogg and experience first-hand the school’s vibrant community.
