It’s a story we’ve heard before: You’re eager to gain a world-class MBA and propel your career forward without giving up the great job opportunity you have now. So you research the Kellogg Evening & Weekend Program and check all the boxes on your list, until you get to the application requirements and see that you need at least three years of work experience.

“But,” you’ve told us, “I’ve gone above and beyond. I’m a high-potential rising star. I have amazing academic credentials. I’ve demonstrated my leadership potential through my work experience and volunteering. I’m ready to learn while I earn, and I can prove that I can handle this now.”

We hear you. And we’re thrilled to announce a new program that helps you get to where you want to be even sooner: the Emerging Leaders Program.

Kellogg Emerging Leaders

First, it’s important that you understand that Emerging Leaders are fully integrated with fellow Evening & Weekend students, and thus do not have a separate academic or student experience. Instead, they receive an enhancement on that strong foundation of a rich academic experience, a dedicated career team with 1:1 career coaching and an outstandingly supportive global alumni network.

Enrollment flexibility and application fee waiver

As an Emerging Leader, you’ll choose your program type (Evening or Weekend) and pace of program completion (Traditional or Accelerated). Unlike in other early-career MBA programs, you’ll enjoy enrollment flexibility that allows you to begin your MBA journey in any intake period—fall, winter, spring or summer.

We are also pleased to be able to waive the application fee for all Emerging Leaders applicants. And, as always, the tuition rate covers all further program benefits.

Critical development opportunities

We are especially excited about the personalized, immersive experience and career-development opportunities the Emerging Leaders Program provides. These include:

  • Tailored leadership programming to help you identify and develop your leadership style and best career fit
  • Small-group coaching sessions through which you’ll learn and grow alongside fellow Emerging Leaders peers
  • An opportunity to be mentored by fellow Evening & Weekend MBA students from a diverse array of industries — financial services, consulting, technology, biotech and others
  • Community-building activities to forge bonds, stimulate growth and provide fun, memorable experiences

So, tell us more about you. If you have three years of work experience or fewer, schedule a resume review with our admissions team and take the first step toward a Kellogg MBA.
