Jump-start your career with a Kellogg MBA
Kellogg Emerging Leaders is an opportunity specifically for high-achieving young professionals with three years of experience or less. This offering allows motivated, rising stars to become Kellogg Emerging Leaders by giving them a chance to earn an MBA earlier in their careers while they continue to build upon their work experience.
Students will be fully integrated into the Evening & Weekend MBA Program, meaning they benefit from the same rich academic experience, dedicated career coaching and outstandingly supportive global alumni network as all Kellogg MBAs.
Eligibility
Those considering the Kellogg Emerging Leaders offering should be able to demonstrate:
- Three years or less of full-time work experience in a professional business environment*
- Strong undergraduate academic achievement
- Intelligence, ambition and drive to lead and contribute to the Kellogg community
*Those with more experience are invited to apply to the broader Kellogg Evening & Weekend Program.
Application details
As an Emerging Leader, you’ll choose your program type (evening or weekend) and pace of program completion (Traditional or Accelerated).
Unlike in other early-career MBA programs, you’ll enjoy enrollment flexibility that allows you to begin your MBA journey in any intake period — fall, winter, spring or summer. We are pleased to be able to waive the application fee for all Emerging Leaders applicants. The tuition rate covers all further program benefits.
