Email
Kellogg Alumni Relations, in partnership with Northwestern Alumni Relations staff, will build and distribute club newsletters, invitations, and club updates.
FAQs:
- How do I submit communications? And how long will the email take to be created?
You can submit through this online form.
Please submit at least four (4) business days in advance of wanting the email and/or events registration sent out.
- Will changes be made to my text?
To share high-quality accessible content with our alumni, Northwestern Alumni Relations will provide editorial support for grammar, punctuation, and University branding standards when needed. We aim to maintain a club’s established voice and style through each communication.
- Will I be able to approve content?
Yes, approval is required prior to staff deploying an email or opening an event for registration. Northwestern Alumni Relations will send a preview to the requestor and any additional board members provided on the intake form.
LinkedIn
Many clubs also find it valuable to have a social media presence - most notably through LinkedIn. LinkedIn provides an easy method to search for Kellogg alumni by location or industry, and LinkedIn Groups make it convenient to promote your upcoming events and invite Kellogg alumni to connect with your club.
If you are interested in creating a LinkedIn Group or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to kellogg-alumni@kellogg.northwestern.edu

Emails
These messages can be a simple announcement, or a complex newsletter consisting of many stories or a digest of events.
To allow enough time, requests must be made within four (4) business days before the email’s intended send date or event registration launch date.
If you have questions about your submission, please contact ONVolunteers@northwestern.edu.Kellogg virtual programming
Kellogg will continue to host This is Kellogg and Conversations with Kellogg Leaders for the alumni community. We will share scheduled events in advance with club leaders.
Focus on alumni networking
Our feedback from alumni is that they are seeking opportunities to network with other alumni as a priority. We encourage club leaders to use this opportunity to bring alumni together for socializing, networking, and affinity-building.
Virtual Events
Kellogg Alumni Relations is happy to support clubs that would like to host virtual events. We can offer to help host on zoom and offer technical support.
