Kevin Ozan ’98 MBA  
Board member of the McKesson Corporation, The Hershey Company and Cineworld Group; former chief financial officer at McDonald’s Corporation 

Kevin Ozan ’98 MBA serves on the board of directors of McKesson Corporation, a diversified healthcare services leader dedicated to advancing health outcomes for patients; The Hershey Company, a global confectionary leader; and Cineworld Group, a private company that is the second largest cinema business in the world, including Regal theaters in the U.S. 

Prior to his retirement from McDonald’s Corporation in 2023 after more than 25 years of service, Kevin served as senior executive vice president of strategic initiatives from 2022-2023, as executive vice president and chief financial officer from 2015-2022, and as corporate controller from 2007-2015, in addition to numerous other positions. He joined the company in 1997.

Prior to McDonald’s, Kevin worked at Ernst & Young for more than a decade in the Audit and Mergers & Acquisitions practices.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
