A Message from the Director

Driven by our strategic plan, Envision Kellogg, the school is reorganizing thought leadership and its educational mission around four impact initiatives. One of these initiatives is ‘Innovation and Entrepreneurship,’ which focuses on innovation at all stages of the business lifecycle.

To clarify the school's rich innovation offerings, we have structured the Kellogg Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative (KIEI) into three core tracks: new venture creation, growth and scaling, and corporate innovation. Our initial efforts have targeted the redesign of the ‘new venture creation’ track. Although KIEI encompasses the Levy Institute, Heizer Center, Center for Family Enterprises, Social Entrepreneurship, the Center for Research in Technology & Innovation, the Kellogg Innovation Network (KIN), and the Real Estate Program, most of the current efforts have had a focal point in the Levy Institute.

Linda Darragh, Executive Director, Kellogg Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative (KIEI)
