John joined Kellogg in 2016. He has served in numerous roles at the intersection of economics, mathematical modeling, and technology, including most recently as the founding director of the Research Support unit at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. His areas of expertise include novel data collection, text-based data transformation and analysis, large scale data systems, design thinking, and talent development.

As Senior Director, he oversees the entire Research Support unit at Kellogg, including the ongoing development of new capabilities and services that the team offers. John earned an MA (ABD) in Economics from Stanford University.

Ginger joined Kellogg in 2019. As Associate Director, she oversees the Behavioral Lab operations, including improvements to research subject pools, services, and equipment available for experimental and behavioral research.  

Ginger earned a BA in Human Development from Connecticut College and a PhD from the University of Florida with specializations in Environmental Sociology and Race Relations.

Joselle Carrillo joined the Research Support team in 2021. She works closely with Kellogg faculty and graduate students to implement behavioral research projects, both In-Lab and Online. She supports experimental design, survey development, study deployment, participant recruitment, data analysis, and more.

Joselle earned a BS in Psychology from The Ohio State University. Her research interests include organizational behavior, focusing on inequalities and intergroup dynamics in the workplace.

Stella earned a BA in Sociology and BA in Political Economy from UC Berkeley. Her research interests include organizational behavior, specifically intergroup relations and emotions.

Laetitia Hill Roy earned a BS from the University of Toronto. Her research interests include interpersonal relationships, decision making and motivation.

Ngodoo joined Kellogg in 2021. As an Empirical Research Fellow, she assists with data collection and management, mathematical modeling, statistical/machine learning, and computational support.

Ngodoo earned a BA in Economics from Cornell University and a Masters in Applied Economics from George Washington University. Her research interests include economic issues in developing countries, such as education and gender/income equality.

James earned a dual BA in Economics and Mathematics from McGill University. His research interests include applied microeconomics, applied econometrics, and network economics.

Richard joined Kellogg in 2017. As a Senior Computational Research Consultant, he utilizes his computational and technological expertise to accelerate and advance academic research at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Richard earned a dual BS degree in Biological Sciences and Psychology from Louisiana State University and a PhD in Computational Neuroscience from the University of Chicago.

Ambreen joined Kellogg in 2018. As a Senior Computational Research Consultant, she utilizes her computational expertise and experience in both economic and executive compensation consulting to support academic research at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. 

Ambreen earned dual BA degrees in Economics and International Studies, and an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Chicago.  She also earned her PhD in Political Methodology from Washington University in St. Louis.



William Thompson

Will joined Kellogg in 2019. He is a Senior Computational Research Consultant, with a strong background in machine learning and natural language processing.

 Will has extensive previous experience as an applied research engineer at Motorola Labs and as a research professor at Northwestern's Feinberg School of Medicine. He has a B.A. in Linguistics from the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. in Linguistics from Northwestern.

Maja Kos

Maja Kos joined Kellogg in 2003. As Senior Academic Editor and Translation Manager, she provides editing support to faculty and doctoral students. She also serves as the copyeditor for Kellogg Insight and manages the translation of Insight articles for a global audience.

Maja earned her BA in French Language and Literature from Boston College. During her undergraduate studies, she spent one year at the Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris. She earned her MA in French Translation from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
Frank Limbrock

Frank Limbrock joined Kellogg in 2010. He is an applied microeconomist whose research focuses on health economics and industrial organization. His recent projects have examined the role of non-pecuniary incentives in prescription-drug choice and substitution between branded and generic drugs.

Frank holds a PhD in Economics from Yale University, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and a Diploma from the University of Cologne.

Eshi joined Kellogg in 2018. Eshi has several years of experience in the IT industry as team lead and web developer. As a senior developer at Kellogg she partners with Kellogg faculty to facilitate the design and development of websites for behavioral experiments and research.

Eshi earned a MS in Computer Science from Northwestern University.

Before arriving at Kellogg in 2019, Irving worked for seventeen years at the University of Chicago in research and program support. As the Data Acquisition Lead, Irving collaborates with Kellogg faculty members and PhD students to purchase, manage, and provide access to commercial and custom datasets.

Irving holds a BA in International Relations from Knox College and an MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Chicago.
