Entrepreneurial Finance focuses on the financial and economic foundations of new ventures, examining financing options, capital and governance structures, and risk management tools across all stages from idea to exit. These complex decisions create long-term path dependencies that significantly affect the economic value generated by the startup and how that value is distributed among shareholders.
