Applications are now open for the Master in Management (MiM) and Kellogg Future Leaders (KFL) programs for our 2026-27 cycle. These opportunities are designed for individuals who are just starting or early in their careers and are interested in pursuing graduate management education at Kellogg, including a future MBA.

Master in Management

The 10-month MiM Program is designed for ambitious undergraduates and recent bachelor’s degree recipients with a background in STEM, economics or the liberal arts. The program features an innovative curriculum taught by top-tier Kellogg faculty that blends academic rigor with real-world practicality.

Enrolled students arrive at our Chicago campus in September and graduate the following June. Undergraduate students who will be completing their degree prior to July 2027, as well as those who have graduated recently and have less than two years of full-time work experience, are welcome to apply. Students who complete the MiM program may apply for deferred enrollment into our One Year MBA Program.

“The program’s bridge to the One-Year MBA is one of the most valuable opportunities for MiM students,” says Jack Doyle ’26 MiM, a former NCAA swimmer. “This program gives students business foundations to launch their careers and an opportunity to come back to Kellogg and complete their MBA in only one year. The MBA is my long-term goal, and MiM helped me lay down the professional and academic groundwork I need to get there.”

The City of Chicago provides a unique setting for MiM students and offers direct access to industry leaders, the Kellogg alumni network and dynamic career opportunities. “Coming from a small city near Florence, Italy, I found myself in one of the best U.S. cities,” says Marco Talini ’26 MiM. “The location makes attending Kellogg an even better and bigger opportunity. The city is big but manageable, which gives you the chance to create strong and deep connections within the industry you want to work in.”

MiM students are exposed to business education in a way that positions graduates for the roles they want to pursue. Diverse class cohorts — often featuring about 100 students, from 20 countries, with more than 40 undergraduate majors represented — expose students to exciting new perspectives. Take it from Medha Romee Maitra ’26 MiM: “The close-knit community at Kellogg has truly been one of the greatest gifts of my academic journey. I’ve never been in an environment where people show up for one another with so much sincerity and kindness. My classmates celebrate the small wins, check in on each other during the hard weeks and create a feeling of belonging that makes even the busiest days feel lighter.”

Building on these collaborative experiences, MiM graduates to pursue career trajectories  across industries like financial services, consulting, tech and media/entertainment, with graduates accepting job offers from prestigious companies like Goldman Sachs, Nike and Accenture. MiM alumni enter the job market ready to tackle complex business challenges with innovative and practical solutions.

Kellogg Future Leaders

Students admitted to the Kellogg Future Leaders Program secure a guaranteed seat in a future MBA class, offering early access to one of the world’s top business school experiences. Through this deferred enrollment pathway, candidates commit to joining Kellogg after gaining two to five years of full-time professional experience, allowing them to build the real-world perspective that enriches the collaborative MBA environment.

The program is designed for students who demonstrate leadership, intellectual curiosity and a commitment to creating meaningful impact. When they matriculate, students can fully leverage Kellogg’s MBA curriculum, experiential learning opportunities and global network to accelerate their careers.
