What does it mean to be a part of the Kellogg community? While answers will vary, one thing is for certain: alumni belong to a lifelong network that shows up for one another. Kellogg alumni — made up of more than 70,000 leaders in more than 120 countries — lend their support both personally and professionally.

Reunion is always a great time to reconnect and re-engage with your peers and alumni from other graduating classes. Here, a few Kellogg alumni share what it means to be part of the powerful network and how Reunion — taking place this year May 1-2 — serves as a significant annual touchpoint for strengthening relationships and renewing pride in the Kellogg experience.

GE HealthCare, Enterprise Marketing Leader

“For me, Reunion is a chance to reconnect with people who shared a formative life chapter, even if the last decade has taken us in very different directions. I’m always energized when I catch up with Kellogg classmates one-on-one, and Reunion offers that same feeling on a completely different scale. It’s a chance to hear how people’s lives and careers have unfolded, renew meaningful relationships and strengthen connections that could be meaningful in the next decade.”

JPMorganChase, Executive Director — Head of Wealth Management Solutions Strategy & Workplace Solutions Strategy

“After 10 years, I’m still amazed by how close-knit the Kellogg community remains. Life has taken people in different directions — kids, moves to the suburbs and busy careers — but my classmates still make the effort to get together. Even for those who are farther away, the group chats and memes are still going strong. When I joined Kellogg, I expected a great education and a boost to my career. What I didn’t expect were the lifelong friendships that have meant even more. Honestly, it is hard to imagine finding that kind of community anywhere else.”

“Kellogg instilled in me that leadership is not about individual wins, but about collaboration, humility and helping others succeed. Alumni are generous with their time, perspectives and connections. Interactions feel authentic rather than transactional, grounded in trust and mutual respect. To me, being part of the Kellogg community today means actively contributing to a network of leaders who challenge one another, stay connected and remain committed to creating lasting, positive impact in business and society.”
