During the 2024-25 academic year, Kellogg welcomed a remarkable cohort of students to our Evening & Weekend MBA Program. These professionals exemplify the ambition, collaboration and academic excellence that are hallmarks of the Kellogg experience, bringing impressive achievements and a breadth of perspectives to our classrooms all while continuing to advance their careers.

Though part-time students pursue their MBAs on varied timelines, what unites them is a shared drive to grow as leaders, make an impact in their respective organizations and strengthen the Kellogg community.

The entering Class of 2025 (inclusive of those entering Fall 2024, Winter 2025, Spring 2025 and Summer 2025) represents a wide spectrum of academic backgrounds. Nearly half earned undergraduate degrees in economics or business (47%), while 41% hail from STEM fields and 12% from the humanities. They continue the tradition of academic excellence in our part-time program, bringing an average undergraduate GPA of 3.6, with a mid-80% range of 3.2–3.9.

These students bring an average of six years of professional experience, ensuring that every class discussion is informed by practical insights from across industries. From healthcare and consulting to technology and financial services, these students enrich the learning environment with real-world experience. Some of the most represented industries in this class include:

  • Healthcare – 15%
  • Consulting – 14%
  • Technology – 12%
  • Financial services – 10%

This breadth ensures students benefit from varied perspectives, peer-to-peer learning and opportunities to expand their networks across industries. Complementing this industry mix are students who are medical professionals, lawyers and PhDs, bringing insights shaped by rigorous professional and academic training. And the impact extends well beyond the classroom. Among the Class of 2024, 78% of Evening & Weekend MBA students changed positions during the program, whether advancing with their current employer or stepping into new roles at other organizations.

While the numbers tell one story, the individuals behind them bring this group to life. Here are just a few of the inspiring professionals in the entering Class of 2025:

  • Nick serves as Senior Enterprise Account Manager at Amazon Web Services and as President of the Kellogg Veterans Association. A former Air Force Crew Chief on C-130s, he brings both military discipline and cutting-edge tech expertise to the classroom.
  • Rayshad is the founder of Saber Advisors, an M&A advisory and CFO services firm, and Steel Knight Capital Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm. Drawing on prior experience in private equity, corporate development, and investment banking, he brings an entrepreneurial and value-creation mindset to Kellogg and is active in the ETA Club.
  • Ann is an omnichannel experience lead at AbbVie, working cross-functionally to support marketing for rheumatology brands and driving digital innovation. As president of the E&W Healthcare Club, she strengthens the Kellogg community around healthcare leadership.
  • Madison is a vice president in Sponsor Fund Lending at BMO, where she manages credit facilities across more than 30 private equity funds totaling billions of dollars. With nearly a decade in commercial banking, she offers insight into large-scale financial systems and a reputation for collaborative, detail-driven leadership.
  • Hannah advises hospitals and healthcare companies on strategy, operations and performance improvement as a director in FTI Consulting’s Healthcare Business Transformation practice. She also founded Han/Crafted, a social impact venture that empowers women through artisan-made products, blending healthcare expertise with entrepreneurial drive.

Recent Evening & Weekend graduates demonstrate the program’s return on investment. In fact, graduates of the Class of 2024 reported an average total compensation of $171,971, and 93% said Kellogg helped them develop stronger leadership skills, demonstrating proof of the program’s immediate and lasting impact.
