Join a group of exceptional collaborators
Our students are drawn together by their commitment to learn, grow and create a positive impact at both work and in their communities. When you begin the Executive MBA Program, you are assigned to a study group comprised of impactful leaders from diverse industries, geographies, backgrounds and functional areas. You’ll remain with them throughout the two-year program, working together to prepare for exams, complete projects, share perspectives and support one another.
Alumni often cite their peers as one of the most enriching parts of their education. They forge strong, impactful connections with their teammates, many of which last a lifetime.
- Tom Beauchamp ’26 MBA was drawn to the EMBA Program in part because of the opportunity to broaden his perspective through a truly global cohort. “About 30% of our cohort flies in from other countries, making it a truly international group,” he says. “That diversity was important to me when choosing a program because I wanted to broaden my perspectives and cultural interactions.” The connections he made have extended well beyond the classroom and into his career. “While at Kellogg, I’ve closed a business deal with someone I met through the program — a deal that wouldn’t have happened otherwise,” says Beauchamp, who describes the experience as one that made the program worthwhile.
- Lucas de Brito ’26 MBA built confidence as a leader while navigating the complexities of a changing career and business environment. After moving from Brazil to the United States, Lucas says the EMBA Program helped him become “more comfortable leading through ambiguity, complexity and diverse perspectives.” His growth extended beyond the classroom, “I leave Kellogg not only with new skills, but with greater clarity about how I want to lead and the impact I hope to have on others,” he says. Through honest conversations with classmates, he developed a deeper understanding of the kind of leader he wants to be and the values that guide him.
- Monica Perkins ’26 MBA came to Kellogg with a doctorate, 20 years of experience in healthcare analytics and AI, a demanding career and three children, but she still found new opportunities to stretch herself. A course in AI enabled her to make an immediate impact at a Fortune 50 company, while her coursework sparked an unexpected passion for finance, marketing and strategy. Outside the classroom, her cohort and fellow Women@EMBA leaders encouraged her to step into new experiences and opportunities. “Kellogg surfaced a stronger version of me that is ready for more breadth, more boldness and more agency over what I build next,” she says.
Be among the first to experience the Ann McIlrath Drake Center
The Winter 2027 incoming class will be among the first Executive MBA students to experience the new Ann McIlrath Drake Executive Center, opening in Fall 2027. As one of the first cohorts to learn in this new space, students will experience a dedicated home for EMBA and Executive Education Programs at the Evanston campus along the Lake Michigan shoreline.
Designed for global collaboration and innovative learning, the state-of-the-art center will feature technology-enabled classrooms and spaces that bring together students, faculty, alumni and business leaders from around the world. Connected to the Kellogg Global Hub by an underground corridor, the center will create a more connected campus experience — bringing the vision of “One Kellogg” to life during students’ time at Kellogg.
Celebrating 20 years in Miami
As we continue to celebrate 50 years of excellence in EMBA education, the Miami campus marks 20 years of bringing that legacy to a vibrant community of leaders from across the Americas and around the world. Located in one of the world’s most internationally connected business hubs, the Miami campus offers an immersive Executive MBA experience shaped by diverse perspectives, global connections and opportunities to learn alongside leaders across industries and geographies.
For two decades, Miami has reflected the school’s longstanding commitment to developing leaders and expanding our global community. Students experience the same rigorous Kellogg curriculum and collaborative culture that define the EMBA Program while building meaningful relationships with peers and a network that extends far beyond the classroom.
The value of an Executive MBA
At Kellogg, we are constantly motivated and inspired by the intellectual curiosity and collaboration that defines our remarkable community.
Our faculty members are some of the brightest minds from around the world and lead with an academic rigor, providing powerful frameworks that will serve our students their whole career long, no matter how quickly the business landscape changes. Their top-notch research earns accolades in their respective fields, while their courses and curriculum allow students to lead boldly and help drive success and growth within their organizations.
We also recognize the importance that a well-developed social intelligence plays in cultivating adept leaders. Our students are just as invested in showing an authentic care for one another as they are in creating business outcomes. Our interconnected community instills a strong sense of confidence that helps build successful teams while shaping the business leaders of tomorrow. Even after graduation, alumni continue to engage with Kellogg, mentoring current students, recruiting and hiring fellow Kellogg grads, supporting one another in their lives and careers, and coming back to campus to participate in reunions, events and classroom or non-curricular activities.
