By Kellogg Full-Time admissions team

We know you want to get to know Kellogg. We want to get to know you too by connecting with you in your own city. Starting this month, we’re hosting events in cities across the United States and internationally with more added regularly throughout the season.

What’s different about in-person events

Virtual events are the perfect opportunity to learn more about Kellogg, but we know there's nothing like hearing from local Kellogg alumni in your area about their career journey and graduate school experience.

Our in-person events allow you to feel the support and accessibility of the Kellogg network before you even apply.

Don’t just take our word for it

One of the most valuable aspects of a Kellogg degree is our robust, involved alumni network. You’ll get a feel for that on day one when you attend an event with our alumni.

Former Kellogg Student Association President and current Senior Chief of Staff at the Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation Sammy Goldstein ’22 MBA frequently attends our in-market events. Why? According to Goldstein, “The lifelong commitment and passion from alumni was one of the reasons that Kellogg stood out while I was applying to schools. After two transformational years in the Two-Year MBA program, I can't help but want to help find the next generations of Kellogg Leaders.”

What to expect

Each of our Kellogg admissions sessions will include an interactive presentation that includes a Q&A with an alumni panel, featuring recent alumni or current students. Immediately following, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with Full-Time admissions staff and the panelists over food and beverages.

Want to know more about Kellogg academics? Our faculty sessions feature a class with one of our world-renowned professors. While the content will vary depending on their focus area, you can expect a realistic snapshot of what it would look like to attend Kellogg classes. Following the session, alumni will be available for a networking happy hour.

At third-party events, you can connect with our admissions officers through panels and one-on-one conversations to hear more about what we look for in prospective MBA candidates.

Goldstein adds, “Go in with an open mind and don't put pressure on yourself to stand out! Ask questions that will help you understand what your life will look like on campus. Kellogg is a special place so learn about the culture, traditions, and values. Career plans also often shift so get a holistic understanding of the entire program.”
