Jim Reynolds ’82, the co-founder, chairman and CEO of Chicago-based Loop Capital, spoke to a packed house of Kellogg students as part of the Brave Leader Series.

The series brings prominent business leaders to the school’s Evanston campus to share their lessons with Kellogg students.

Reynolds, whom Kellogg honored in May with the 2014 Schaffner Award at this year’s “With Gratitude, Kellogg” awards, shared his lessons on business, life and giving back to the community. The event was part of the school’s annual Black Management Association Conference.

Watch clips from Reynolds’ Nov. 8 talk with Dean Sally Blount ’92 below or watch the entire playlist — and clips from past Brave Leader Series speakers — on Kellogg's YouTube channel.
