As the nation absorbed the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to uphold President Obama’s landmark federal healthcare law, Kellogg professors shared their reactions with the media.

Outlets featuring their commentary included Crain’s Chicago Business, which quoted both Associate Professor Leemore Dafny and Clinical Professor Joel Shalowitz, as well as NBC Chicago and WBEZ radio. Forbes magazine and the Los Angeles Times also highlighted the views of Kellogg faculty prior to the ruling.
