Bringing more women into the C-suite

The Kellogg Global Women's Summit is a 1.5-day, landmark event that will be held at the Kellogg Global Hub and James L. Allen Center on Tuesday, May 8, through Wednesday, May 9. When is your next pivot point?

Sessions will be organized according to tracks, which represent different stages in a woman's path to the boardroom.
Begin your career on the right path

Launch Track

These women are just starting out – in their first 10 years after college. They require growth opportunities and stretch assignments to make the most progress possible in their early years in order to set the right upward career trajectory.
Navigate the Mid-Career Marathon

Mid-Career Track

These women are moving into the Mid-Career Marathon, the period where work responsibilities ramp up at exactly the same time as commitments outside the office become more important. They need support, guidance and focus to keep moving upward, or at minimum, to avoid stepping out altogether.
Lead across the organization

Executive Track

These women have made it to the upper echelons of their organizations – a vice president or above in a traditional corporate setting. They are getting ready to go for the C-suite, or, if they are already there, they are considering their options for entering the boardroom.
