Ellen Taaffe contends there is a powerful barrier keeping many women from taking center stage in their life--a barrier she calls the "Mirrored Door." The Mirrored Door is when women hold themselves back from achievement by pursuing perfection and holding themselves to unrealistic expectations. Learning to step through the door is our future.
