Abstract

Organ donor intervention research (“intervention research”) aims to increase organ quality and quantity for transplantation by protecting against organ injury and enhancing functionality. This multi-site study assessed the proportion of kidney transplant candidates who would accept “intervention organs” and participate in intervention research, and factors influencing willingness to accept intervention organs
