Aakash Shah

Aakash Shah was CEO at his family-owned business, Vivify Specialty Ingredients, for more than 20 years and, during his tenure played a pivotal role in growing the business into a leading supplier of organic colorants, functional ingredients and additives to the consumer and industrial specialties markets.  Ultimately, he partnered with private equity to scale and successfully exit the business, creating generational wealth in the process.

Mr. Shah’s experience includes decades of owning, managing, and investing in middle-market companies across a variety of industries, including life science, industrial distribution, and technology companies and currently runs his own single family office, 2PointZero Ventures.

Mr. Shah received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University.
