Kellogg Email Address

Your Kellogg email address is typically made up of your first and last name (e.g. nick.patel@kellogg.northwestern.edu). If you go by a different first name — or change your last name — please review our email address policy, and complete the request form to see if you qualify a different email address.

All correspondence from Kellogg will be sent to your Kellogg email address, so remember to check it often.

We advise against using your Kellogg email address for any personal accounts or matters because once you are an alum you will no longer have access to this Kellogg email account.

Microsoft 365

Northwestern University's agreement with Microsoft now provides Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus for download on both PC and Mac to all incoming students. You may install the latest copies of the software on up to five different computers and, because the applications come directly from Microsoft online, you will always have access to the latest version.
