Recruiting is the perfect blend of the right time and the right opportunity. Make sure to take advantage of opportunities to connect with the right Kellogg talent for your company. Below are some of our standard event offerings to help you see where your recruiters can plan to collaborate with us.

Types of recruiting events
Kellogg Networking Night (KNN)
Multi-company, in-person networking event held in Evanston, IL
October
Each companies has their own table to network with students. This is a valuable opportunity to connect with a wide range of MBA talent and build company and job awareness. First and second-year students will be in attendance.
Company presentations
Single company events that help acquaint Kellogg students with your firm, its culture and its opportunities
Second year students (searching for full-time roles): September - May
First year students (searching for internship roles): October - May
Company presentations offer an opportunity to showcase the opportunities and career paths available to MBA students at your company. Each company is allocated one hour for a planned presentation and networking.
Note: The Kellogg calendar gets full quickly. Our Employer Relations team tries to prevent competing presentations (same industry/function), but there will always be other presentations, as well as speakers, club events and potentially classes up against any presentation.
Timing:
- Monday, Tuesday and Friday lunch presentations are held from 12:15-1:15 p.m.
- Monday-Thursday dinner presentations are held from 5:15-6:15 p.m.
- Presentations can also be held Monday-Thursday at 7 p.m., either virtually or at off-site venues.
Coffee chats
Individual or small group meetings between students and company reps
Second year students (searching for full-time roles): September - May
First year students (searching for internship roles): October - May
Students rate this as a very popular way to interact with companies and learn about the organization and employment opportunities. Events can take place in-person on campus, at an off-site venue or virtually.
Plaza hours
Informal set up in a central location
September - May
Company representatives are given a 6' table in Gies Plaza at the Global Hub to chat informally with MBA students.
