Michelle is a certified Executive Coach. She leads in-person Alumni Job Search Groups in New York and virtual Alumni Action Circles for women returning to work after a career break.

An action-oriented coach, Michelle draws on her experience in biotechnology (Lonza), oil and gas (BP Oil & Gas), financial services (Citigroup) and non-profit (MLT) sectors. Her clients include senior managers and executives with technology, financial services, consulting, pharmaceutical, media and non-profit organizations.

She primarily coaches alumni on the following career situations:

  • Career Reinvention/Re-entry: A structured process to help identify your career path, vision and or re-entry strategy.
  • Your First 90 Days in a New Role: Ideas and strategies to deliver value during the first 90 days of your new role.
  • Offer Evaluation/Negotiation: Guidance on how to evaluate and negotiate your job offer(s).

British born, of Ghanaian descent, Michelle holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in process technology and management studies from London South Bank University, England. She gained her coaching certification in 2008. Michelle lives in New York with her husband and two daughters.

Michelle spends 10 hours a week coaching alumni and works one-to-one with a handful of alumni, when she is not facilitating groups or action circles.
