Alums come to Michelle for support during their first 90 days in a new role, to talk through how to move on to their next position gracefully or if they need a sounding board to map out what's next.

Michelle coaches mid-level and executive leaders, teams and organizations to amplify their self-awareness, mindset and skills to adapt to new roles, changing work environments, and business and talent demands. Michelle coaches clients across diverse industries and draws on her experience in Supply Chain, New Product Development, Innovation and Program Management with Biotech (Lonza), Oil & Gas (BP), Finance (Citigroup) and Non-Profit (MLT) organizations.

Michelle's coaching style is attentive and actionable. She listens deeply and toggles between asking questions to promote self-discovery and a prescriptive approach when sharing best practices to guide a leader or team to a meaningful outcome.

Michelle is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree in Process Technology and Management Studies from London South Bank University, England. Michelle lives in New York with her husband and two daughters.

If you have worked with Michelle before and would like to book an appointment, please email team@myfactorcoach.com, include a copy of your resume and a summary of your coaching goals.
