Jill guides alumni and clients on all aspects of transition and career management including personal and career assessment, goal setting, planning, strategy and accountability.

Jill is a Kellogg alumna and certified career transformation coach whose coaching work includes career strategy and management, transition and leadership for professionals and executives across industries.

Her passion is helping professionals love their jobs and feel great about what they do. In addition to coaching Kellogg alumni and other clients individually, she leads on-site job search management workshops for Kellogg alumni in Chicago and Evanston.

As a consultant and technology services professional for more than 20 years, Jill delivers value through enhanced clarity, focus and action to generate measurable results. Her personal and career experiences have provided a unique perspective on — and passion for — career and life.

Specific job search tools and tactics Jill provides include professional branding, resume revision, cover letters and other documentation, using LinkedIn and other social media, networking, interviewing, evaluating and managing offers, negotiation and onboarding. She also helps clients manage their careers, with support for exploring and targeting career transitions and positioning for advancement and other internal career management efforts.

Jill is certified as a coach through the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, a highly regarded International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited Institution. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and sociology from Northwestern University and an MBA with a focus on finance and management/strategy from Kellogg School of Management.
