Aida Camara-Crowder, Kellogg Alumni Career Coach

Aida is an international career coach, speaker, and organizational development consultant. She offers services in French and English, geared towards professionals in career transition (including due to relocation), career reinvention, career assessment, job search processes and interview preparation, applying a global perspective.

Most recently, Aida spent four years as an Associate Director at the Career Management Center for the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she coached thousands of MBA students across a variety of industries and functions. She brings 20 years of work experience with well-known and respected international organizations in the USA and in France, from Cost Control Management at Allianz to Human Capital at Lend Lease.

Her key areas of expertise include Personal branding, LinkedIn presence, Interviewing, intercultural recruiting, career exploration and salary negotiations.

Aida’s services are aimed to boost individual career plans locally and internationally by identifying each individual’s authentic strength, thus giving them the peace of mind and confidence in their career aspirations. In addition to coaching Kellogg alumni and other clients individually, Aida also offers seminars in the fields of career strategy and professional branding. She is a guest lecturer on several campuses in Europe on the subject of networking and branding for an international career.

Aida also created a master’s program class on professional development for the University Pierre Mendes France in Grenoble (France) and a professional development training program within the French consulate in Chicago. She has helped and impacted job seekers within programs run by NSHMBA (National Society of Hispanic MBAs), HACE (Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement), and several diversity-focused organizations in Chicago.

Aida obtained her Master’s Degree in International Business through a Franco-American exchange program. She holds an Organizational Development Certification from De Paul University with an emphasis on talent development. She is also strength certified with Gallup.

She lives in Chicago with her husband and two boys.
