*If you have excess financial aid (a Credit Balance, not Anticipated Aid) for living expenses, books and supplies, computer, etc. on your tuition account, the Office of Student Finance will automatically disburse your financial aid credit to your bank account if you have Direct Deposit. If you have not signed up for Direct Deposit, a paper check will be mailed to you. We refer to this process as the Automatic Refund Process, which is available for the fall, winter, and spring quarters.
The Automatic Refund Process is only active during the first few weeks, on specific dates, at the beginning of each quarter (these dates will be emailed to you before the beginning of each quarter). If your loan funds disburse to your tuition account after these dates, and you are eligible for a refund, you will either have to request the refund online via CAESAR or contact the Office of Student Finance at 847.491.5224 to request your refund.

**Since the Automatic Batch Refund process does not begin until the Fall quarter, 1Y MBA and MMM Students would request their financial aid refund for the Summer quarter via CAESAR or contact the Office of Student Finance.
