Milind Pant
Milind Pant is a global business leader with a career spanning transformational growth and strategic shifts across consumer services and goods, including restaurants, consumer packaged goods, and consumer health. He is currently an Executive Fellow with the Kellogg School of Management and the WSJ Leadership Institute.
As the first non-family CEO of Amway (US$7.5B), he led a six-year transformation from legacy direct selling to a consumer health company, empowering over a million micro-entrepreneurs. The strategic pivot was centered around digital commerce and Nutrilite, the world’s No. 1 vitamins and dietary supplements brand.
Previously, he served as President of Pizza Hut International, where he and his team pivoted from legacy dine-in to a modern, fast-casual delivery business. Before that, he was President and COO of Yum! China, leading a turnaround and growth of a US$6B enterprise with over 300,000 associates and 7,000+ restaurants.
Milind began his career with Unilever, spending 15 years across India, Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey in foods, beverages, and ice cream.
Having lived and led in five countries across three continents, Milind brings a global perspective on the complexities of business and leadership. From growing up in the foothills of the Himalayas to leading multi-billion-dollar enterprises, he remains guided by the power of a growth mindset.
