Lindsay Levin is the founder of Tandem (thetandem.co), an executive coaching practice for CEOs, founders, and senior leaders navigating high-stakes growth and change. She has worked with over 100 executives and supported approximately $3 billion in exits through management team deal preparation, 1:1 and team coaching, and executive offsite facilitation. Lindsay brings deep operating experience to her coaching work. She spent two decades as an operator, including global brand marketing roles at PepsiCo and most notably as CMO of RXBAR, where she helped scale the company from $6M to a $600M acquisition by Kellogg's. Lindsay is a Venture Partner at Bluestein Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on the future of food and wellness, and serves on the boards of The Fresh Factory, Beyond Good, Mezcla and Floura. She teaches at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. Lindsay holds a BA from Stanford University, an MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern University, and completed her coaching certification from Northwestern. She lives in Chicago with her husband Ari and their two children.
