Rodrigo Castro

Rodrigo Castro is Managing Partner at Genesis Ventures and an experienced educator, investor, and former business-school dean. His work focuses on venture capital, entrepreneurship, search funds, and corporate governance in Latin America. He currently leads and teaches programs in venture capital and Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and has previously taught at the University of Miami and MIT’s Independent Activities Period. Earlier in his career, he served as Dean of the School of Business at Universidad del Desarrollo. He holds an M.A. in Economics from Georgetown University and has advised the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, and public-sector institutions in Chile.
