Heather Aranyi
Heather Aranyi is an Adjunct Lecturer in Executive Education at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she teaches in the areas of leadership, management, entrepreneurship, and family enterprises. She is the Founder and CEO of Aranyi Enterprises, where she has spent over 15 years advising Fortune 500 executives, startup founders, multigenerational family businesses, and international leaders through executive coaching, strategic consulting, and peak performance training. Her work bridges academia, industry, and government.
Heather has served since 2023 as an official U.S. Department of State Speaker on International Business and Innovation, advising embassies and consulates worldwide, and has presented her work to the Department of State at large. In private practice, her clients' outcomes range from billion-dollar company growth to major career transitions and organizational turnarounds. In 2025, Fortune selected her as one of the 125 Most Powerful Women Internationally. She has developed four proprietary coaching and branding frameworks deployed in leadership and consulting engagements across numerous countries.
Heather is the only person ever invited to keynote the U.S. Government's Women's Majlis Summit in Saudi Arabia twice, most recently on leadership and career acceleration for Fortune in Riyadh. She received Northwestern's Faculty of the Game Award, given to the professor voted most impactful on campus by students.
