Applications for the Evening & Weekend Exchange Program will be done in two rounds. If you are highly interested in a particular school(s), we recommend that you apply during Round 1. We cannot guarantee that all partner schools will have spaces available for Round 2. Typically, several schools close during Round 1.
Note: Students interested in programs taking place in early Winter 2021 (i.e. December/January) must apply during Round 1.

Applications for Spring and Summer Terms
Students may apply to a maximum of 3 programs. Each application will be considered on its own merit in comparison with the other applications for that particular school. Applying to multiple schools does not affect a student’s chances of being assigned to their first choice.
Spaces in each program are limited, so it is not possible to guarantee a spot to every interested student. Students may apply to more than one program if they are interested; however, they will be asked to rank their program preferences.
Students may study abroad on more than one program, but preference will be given to students who have not yet participated in any exchange program.
Please submit one document per program * (PDF) you are applying to containing the following:
*Please name each document as follows: “Host School/Program Name - Last Name, First Name”
Please click here to submit your application for Kellogg's MBA Exchange Program. *
* The application portal will be opened at least 48 hours prior to the application deadline. This helps cut down on duplicate submissions in the event applicants forget they have already completed the survey or they change their mind about which programs they want to apply for.
