Know when you need to submit your application for a Full-Time Exchange Program
Applications for the Full-Time Exchange Program will be done in two rounds. If you are highly interested in a particular school(s), we recommend that you apply during Round 1. We cannot guarantee that all partner schools will have spaces available for Round 2. Typically, several schools close during Round 1.

Upcoming information sessions
Additional information regarding information sessions, including the location, will be posted on the Campus Groups calendar, as well as sent to the student listserv at least one week in advance.
Full-Time students may apply to a maximum of three schools per round. Each application will be considered on its own merit in comparison with the other applications for that particular school. Applying to multiple schools does not affect your chances of being assigned to your first choice
Refer to the "Materials for Submission" section to learn more about the individual components of the application.
The application portal will be opened at least 48 hours prior to the application deadline. This helps cut down on duplicate submissions in the event applicants forget they have already completed the survey or they change their minds about which programs they want to apply for.
