Team Visualizer

This is a web- and canvas-based platform that allows team members to automatically upload their LinkedIn networks and visualize (1) their shared connections (at the individual, company, and industry levels), and their (2) unshared connection (most usefully at the industry level). This work was supported by a $50k grant from the Northwestern University Provost Office and will soon be rolled out across campus. To date I have used a beta version of the application in my MBA classroom and shown the the platform has a causal effect on levels of interpersonal trust, engagement, and commitment to teams.
