This article was distributed to the Ford Network and KALE communities and through Executive Education to encourage participation in open enrollment program. Was part of an experiment called "Expertise@Work" that Alison Niederkorn and I launched to build a lab and process with researchers and practitioners to translate research to practice and distribute. Also was a way to engage talented executives in the work of Kellogg beyond guest teaching. Experiment confirmed by Tom Hubbard.
