FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSPARENCY AND RESILIENCY
The world's food supply chain is efficient and complex, posing many risks. As a result, food buyers, including chefs, procurement teams, and consumers, cannot easily identify where their food comes from and are not always sure what
they are getting. Producers also suffer because they cannot guarantee a predictable and reliable stream of products. The system has successfully kept food
cheap, but signs of strain are beginning to show.
