Joshua Sherman is a Principal at Charles River Associates specializing in econometrics, statistics, antitrust, industrial organization, and pricing behavior. His consulting experience spans a variety of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, technology, labor and employment, securities and financial markets, real estate, and sports. He has provided economic, econometric, and statistical analysis to clients in antitrust matters, including matters relating to alleged collusion, monopsonization, tying, “reverse payment” patent settlement, mergers, and counterclaims related to intellectual property litigation. He has also provided econometric and statistical analysis to clients in other commercial litigation matters, including matters relating to alleged product liability and pharmaceutical clinical trial results.
