Michele Rogers
Clinical Assistant Professor of Nonprofit Management and Director of Chicago Partnerships
Michele Rogers works to support nonprofit management initiatives at Kellogg, and serves as a liaison to nonprofit organizations in the Chicago area, and academic director for nonprofit programs: United Way, Ascend National and Business Growth for entrepreneurs, NMSDC Advanced Management Education, and other executive education programs, CRED and director of LEAD Northwestern which introduces graduate business education to high school students from underserved areas. Michele supported the Civic Committee (of Commercial Club) to enhance market opportunities for growth.
After joining Kellogg to recruit the inaugural MMM class, Rogers held Assistant Dean positions in Experiential Learning, Student Academic Affairs, and Admissions & Financial Aid. Her experience includes directing graduate admissions for the Medill School, development with Harvard University, admissions with HBS, general and diversity consulting, and human capital management for Consolidated Diesel Co., being on the startup team Consolidated Diesel Co.- a J.I. Case and Cummins Engine Co. joint venture.
Rogers serves on several boards related to community and civic organizations involving education, youth, and economic development. She co-founded the Evanston Township HS Foundation to support career and extracurricular activity and is currently on the Board. She serves on the following Boards as well: Northlight Theater, Justin Wynn Fund for youth leadership, and Male Mogul Initiative for marginalized youth with leadership and entrepreneurial resources. Also, Michele serves on the Advisory Board for Cedar Concepts chemical company and McGaw YMCA Audit Committee, and she coaches a middle school girls team in the FAAM basketball league.
Michele is a graduate of Williams College and holds an MBA degree from Harvard University.
