Stuart Meyer
Stuart L. Meyer is Associate Professor Emeritus of Strategy. He joined the Kellogg School of Management in 1975. During his tenure at the school, he served in the departments of Managerial Economics and Decision Sciences, Finance, and the Transportation Center. Professor Meyer directed the Small Business Institute program where he and his students counseled more than 500 small to mid-sized firms and ventures over more than two decades. He is widely quoted as an authority on new ventures, middle market companies, and entrepreneurship in larger, corporate or institutional settings,
His teaching in Management & Strategy focused in consulting, new ventures, and entrepreneurship. Professor Meyer received a AB from Columbia University and a PhD in physics from Princeton University. He retired in 2005.
