Daniel Gandor
Daniel J. Gandor is Executive Vice President, Head of Omnichannel and Digital Transformation at EVERSANA INTOUCH, a global commercialization partner for the life sciences industry. In this role, Dan leads the company’s omnichannel and digital capabilities across two global business units: Omnichannel & Enablement (O&E) and Content Creation & Delivery (CCD), representing more than 350 team members focused on innovation, efficiency, and measurable client impact.
Before joining EVERSANA INTOUCH, Dan led the Digital and Omnichannel Strategy team at AbbVie’s Digital Lab, the company’s center of excellence for digital marketing. There, he guided the omnichannel evolution across AbbVie’s entire U.S. portfolio, advancing personalized, data-driven customer engagement at scale.
With more than 24 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Dan has also held commercial and digital leadership roles at Pharmacia/Pfizer, Nanosphere, and TAP/Takeda. At Takeda, he built and led the U.S. Digital Accelerator team, driving transformation, innovation, and partnerships with digital health startups. He also founded Takeda’s digital marketing center of excellence and held roles leading sales, payer, HCP, and consumer marketing. His experience spans CRM, multichannel strategy, web, social, and digital health innovation.
Parallel to his industry work and teaching at Kellogg, Dan teaches Digital Marketing & Analytics at Lake Forest College, where he mentors the next generation of marketing leaders. He holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Dan lives in Lake Zurich, Illinois, with his wife Lisa and their two children, Josie and Jack. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, making music with his family, cheering on the Chicago White Sox and Northwestern football, and running the Gandor Family Light Show, a synchronized holiday lights and music display.
