Scott Barghaan is a senior sales and go-to-market strategist with more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale business transformation for global technology companies and their customers. He has built and led organizations of hundreds of customer-facing professionals, managed budgets for enterprise-wide technology initiatives, and delivered measurable growth and efficiency gains across multiple industries, including travel, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and financial services.
As Senior Vice President of Global Seller Experience at Salesforce, Scott led a large global team responsible for improving the productivity of 25,000 sales and solutions professionals. His process and AI-driven initiatives delivered millions of hours in efficiency gains and boosted Seller NPS by 15%. He also co-led the multi-year transformation of Salesforce’s Lead-to-Cash process and developed products now generally-available to millions of customers.
Previously, as Vice President and General Manager of Salesforce’s Travel, Transportation & Hospitality vertical, Scott scaled the business to over $500M in annual order value while maintaining a 95% renewal rate with industry leaders such as Marriott, Hilton, and Southwest Airlines. Earlier in his career at EMC, he consistently exceeded multi-million-dollar sales targets as a leader and senior contributor.
Scott holds a B.A. in Leadership Studies, Communications, and Political Analysis from the University of Richmond and is an advisor to multiple early-stage B2B software companies.
