You may view your student account and update personal information via CAESAR.
Billing
Tuition billing is handled online by Northwestern University Office of Student Accounts. Annual tuition is billed in three term installments (there is no summer term.). Northwestern University Office of Student Accounts sends notification emails when billing has occurred.
Payment
Students are responsible for downloading the invoices and ensuring they get paid. Payment should be made directly to Northwestern University, either online or via check. Please make sure that your student ID and name appears on the remittance information of a physical check.
Sponsor Billing
All Northwestern University invoices are in the name of the student. This is generally acceptable to sponsors; however, some sponsors require that the company/third-party payer be the “bill to” entity on tuition invoices. Customized invoices are handled by the Kellogg EMBA office with the support and cooperation of Northwestern University Office of Student Accounts.

Payment Plan Option
The 9PAY Plan is an installment prepayment option for tuition, which allows participants to make their tuition and fee payments to Northwestern in nine monthly installments. Each term must be fully paid before it begins. Visit the Northwestern Student Financial Services site for more information. Please note that deadlines on this NU website are targeted to undergraduate students and do not necessarily apply to EMBA students.
