rincipal of L3 Capital LLC. Lanni
is responsible for
overall strategic direction, sourcing investment opportunities and originating capital for the firm’s principal investment activities.
L3 Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on institutional quality core-plus and value-add urban retail investments within first-tier U.S. metropolitan markets including Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, South Florida and Washington, D.C. L3 Capital has secured partnerships with leading family offices as well as major institutional investors.
Previously, Lanni was a

resident in the

cquisitions group at RREEF, a member of the Deutsche Bank Group. Lanni worked as an officer in the
Value Add
group and oversaw
$1.2 billion
of development projects in Illinois,
New York
and Texas.
Lanni’s responsibilities included the sourcing and execution of value-add projects throughout the United States on behalf of institutional clients. Prior to joining RREEF, Lanni was a

evelopment for Joseph Freed and Associates where he
was responsible for
sourcing and executing mixed-use development projects throughout the Midwest. During his tenure at Joseph Freed and Associates Lanni managed development projects consisting of residential, retail and hotel components.
Lanni received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his MS, BS in

ngineering from the University of Massachusetts. Lanni is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
