Below is some important information about attending classes at the Evanston and Miami campuses.
Accommodations A private room with bath has been reserved for you for the nights of the program. Meals are served on-site, and food and lodging are included in your program fees.
Participants on the Evanston campus will stay in Kellogg's state-of-the-art conference center, the James L. Allen Center, unless otherwise notified. The Allen Center is a living/learning facility; regretfully, we are unable to accommodate family members. Additional Information
Travel & Location The Evanston Campus is about a 30-minute drive from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. We strongly urge you to take a taxi or limousine to the Allen Center as there is no parking available for participants near our facility.
Health Insurance It is expected that you have health insurance valid in the United States because the University cannot be responsible for any medical expenses incurred while attending a program.
Clothing Classes are conducted in an informal setting; business casual attire is recommended. Layering is the best idea for our climate and classrooms.
Class Schedule A typical day begins at 8:30 am with two morning sessions. After lunch, there are usually two or three afternoon sessions, and one in the evening.
Recreation Class days are generally full with classes and group meetings however there are opportunites to rest or exercise during the program.
Participants on the Evanston Campus are invited to use the Northwestern indoor sports/fitness center or the Allen Center exercise room in their free time. There are also excellent jogging and running paths along Lake Michigan and through the campus.
