Whether or not you share an area of expertise (though we encourage cross-functional teams), your group will gain important insights from their peers that they may not have attained working alone.
You may choose to have your team of executives participate in the same study group or split them up to work with executives from other organizations. In either case, you develop a “common language” that facilitates powerful discussion and learning that converts into application toward real-world business challenges and opportunities faced by the organization. Experiential learning
is a cornerstone of the Kellogg culture and educational philosophy. In our executive programs, classroom sessions are complemented by breakout discussions and other networking opportunities. You read case studies, take part in lively discussions, and practice what you have learned in simulation exercises. Team attendance allows you and your organization the opportunity to realize the benefits of experiential learning in a faster, more impactful way. A 10-percent discount is provided to companies who send teams of four or more to the same session of a program. The discount is given retroactively, and all four executives must attend the session together. All team-attendance is subject to final approval from the faculty.
