Who Should Attend

Participants might come from large or medium sized firms in emerging economies, with a focus on transformation and corporate innovation within existing industries. The Senior Management Program will help talented leaders prepare to take on larger transformation roles. All the key elements of the SMP experience – the faculty, the content, peer interactions and application exercises etc. are designed specifically for participants with:

Action Learning Projects:

Action learning — learning by doing — has been a hallmark for years at the Kellogg School of Management. Kellogg participants take their textbook-and-lecture insights to the next level by applying them in a variety of real-world settings. In essence, they knock down the “fourth wall” of the classroom to come face-to-face with actual business challenges confronting their industry and business.

As a participant, when you employ a framework, you develop greater facility with that tool, thus acquiring a deeper level of knowledge. The frameworks that need to be applied are of real value. The action learning opportunities let you flesh out how those frameworks can apply in the specific situations that matter most to you.

Admission Criteria

Admission Criteria

An admissions committee thoroughly reviews each application and considers the nature and scope of the applicant’s responsibilities. For the benefit of peers, sponsoring organizations and the integrity of the program, the committee seeks to admit individuals with comparable management responsibilities but with diverse skills and experience. It is expected that program participants will immerse themselves completely in the experience and be free of all other duties.

Language

Strong English language speaking, reading and writing skills are imperative to completely immerse in the Kellogg Enterprise Leadership Program experience, to complete reading assignments and to actively engage in group discussions and activities. Because the program is rigorous and includes emphasis on building a strong business network, the faculty will expect participants to contribute fully to classroom and study group discussions. The Test for English for International Communication (TOEIC) is not required.

Certificate

The Kellogg School of Management awards a certificate upon the successful completion of the Digital Transformation Program. Along with the certificate, participants also receive select benefits as Executive Education alumni of the Kellogg School of Management.

Program Fee

The program fee covers class materials and most meals. Travel expenses (including airfare) and accommodation are the participant’s responsibility. Enrollment is not confirmed until full payment is received. Payment may accompany the application, or an invoice may be requested.

Enrollment in Kellogg programs is highly competitive, and seats will not be guaranteed until your payment is received.

It is expected that applicants have their own health insurance valid in the United States. The University is not responsible for medical expenses incurred by participants during the program.
