The Kellogg School Center for Nonprofit Management is pleased to be bringing three one-day nonprofit leadership programs to Lake County in 2026. In partnership with the Lake County Community Foundation and the College of Lake County Foundation, we will offer three one-day sessions focused on critical nonprofit leadership topics for the leaders of Lake County serving nonprofit organizations.
Thanks to the support of an anonymous donor, we are able to offer these programs for $100/program or $225 for the series of 3. We can also offer additional scholarship support to organizations who would like to have multiple leaders (up to 3) participate.
Programs are designed for all nonprofit leaders who are decision-makers in their organization: CEOs/Executive Directors, development and marketing team members, finance and operations leaders. Board members are welcome!
Programs will run from 8:30am-4pm and be held in person at the College of Lake County’s Grayslake Campus, 19351 W. Washington St, Grayslake, IL 60030 in Building T, where we have hosted our past programs.

As nonprofit leaders, it is important that we have a strategy for our use of AI in our operations and fundraising as well as mitigate the risks associated with the use of AI by our teams. This session will help leaders better understand the value AI can bring to their organization and how to prioritize the use of AI across the organization.
