Data is all around us. Nonprofits are collecting a wide variety of data related to impact measurement, financial metrics, fundraising progress and customer satisfaction. Nonprofit leaders need to harness the power of that data to make decisions on how to survive and thrive in today’s competitive environment. In a new live virtual program, faculty and practitioners will share key insights on the importance of strong data analytics and impact strategies within your nonprofit organization.
Kellogg School of Management has been a leader in data analytics long before “big data” became a buzzword. Our focus is on building leaders’ skills to manage the key data surrounding them and equip them to make the most effective decisions. In this program, leading Kellogg faculty members will share their perspectives on how to use data for decision-making, including operations and impact measurement. They will provide frameworks and strategies to apply to your organization. To complement the academic faculty, the program will feature the perspective of nonprofit leaders who have worked with their data to make key improvements in their organizations.
This program is offered in a live virtual format. Our live virtual programs are built to deliver a rich experience that’s comparable to our in-person programs. You will have the opportunity to engage with our faculty and your peers in live discussions and lecture sessions. You will come away with the tools to navigate and succeed in the new business landscape.
Harness the power of data to propel your nonprofit forward.
